CRIS served as a strategic advisor to DigitalBridge in connection with its acquisition of ArcLight Capital Partners for up to $1.05 billion. The combination brings together DigitalBridge’s global digital infrastructure platform with ArcLight’s power and electric infrastructure capabilities, creating a leading alternative asset manager with more than $150 billion of combined assets positioned at the convergence of power, AI and digital infrastructure.
ArcLight has owned, controlled or operated more than 70 GW of generation assets and 48,000 miles of electric and gas transmission and storage infrastructure, with a development pipeline exceeding 15 GW.

CRIS I partnered with EVgo, a leading U.S. electric vehicle fast-charging network, in a business combination that resulted in EVgo becoming a publicly listed company on Nasdaq. The transaction provided approximately $575 million of net proceeds to support EVgo’s growth strategy and expansion of its nationwide charging infrastructure, including a $400 million PIPE backed by leading institutional investors.
At the time of the transaction, EVgo operated more than 800 fast-charging locations across 34 states and had established commercial relationships with major automotive manufacturers, fleet and rideshare operators and national retail partners.

16.5 MW Solar | 41.8 MWh Battery Storage | Hawaiʻi
CRIS, through Epic Star Energy, jointly with Fortistar, acquired a 16.5 MW renewable energy portfolio from Pacific Current, a subsidiary of Hawaiian Electric Industries (NYSE: HEI). The portfolio consists of 10.5 MW of distributed solar and 41.8 MWh of battery storage across five University of Hawaiʻi campuses, as well as the 6.0 MW Port Allen utility-scale solar facility, with assets located across Kauaʻi, Oʻahu and Maui.
